We’re pretty much through the mayfly hatch. It probably wasn’t one of the most memorable but plenty of fish have been caught and anglers are happy. We continue to wait for some rain so that we can go and chase salmon once more!

We have just over 1 month of the season left. The fish are eating caddis, there are salmon about and still some sea trout too!
We’ve had some rain at long last and it has given the river a fresher feel. There have been some good hatches of caddis and sea trout are on the water too. Keep an eye out for salmon too!
